PM Najib announced a couple of days ago that the case of lawyer Lingam who was involved in the famous( or infamous rather ) Lingam Tapes is now deemed “closed”. One of the reasons proffered by Najib was that a key witness who was involved in the “fishing expedition” with the then Chief Justice to NZ, allegedly could not be traced.
YB Sivarasa released a press statement today stating that his party the PKR will be able to produce the said witness.

I salute your tenacity but to what end, may I ask?
The BN government, by this idiotic decision, have made a mockery of the recommendations of the Royal Commission which was empanelled specifically into this matter... but then again, are you surprised?
Come on YB…. what else is new?
Dr M was so fond of saying "Melayu Mudah Lupa" but during the Inquiry, it suddenly dawned on him that he was also a Malay ( I know, I know…..some of you may claim that he is of Indian stock ( but we will keep that argument for another day) and he " Banyak Lupa" when he was questioned during the Inquiry!
The main character in this sordid play could not even identify his own image in the video... and mind you he was supposed to be a hotshot lawyer in Malaysia! Hey with friends and connections like that ( I read somewhere the Chief Justice went to this lawyers house to bade him farewell as the lawyer’s wife was leaving for treatment in the US )…..... even my 10-year old nephew can win cases in the Federal Court ( or is it the Supreme Court, or is it the Mahkamah Agong...or.. never mind!). And in one fell swoop, our beloved Najib has declared " Case Closed ". Shocked? Dismayed? Unbelievable? Come on… we are in Malaysia remember? So please cut the pretense.
Hey listen…… you guys ought to be a little reasonable.... with so much baggage hanging around his neck like a blooming albatross,... do you guys honestly think he ( Najib that is ) can act without fear or favour against these guys?. Come on….. give us a break……ooops sorry! Give Najib a break. He knows which side of his bread is buttered!!!
And why for heaven's sake are you even mentioning the name of the AG? He is in a perpetual state of self-induced stupor and may only come to when he is nudged by our beloved PM… and that is rarely!! So please let him wallow in the Arms of Morpheus!.
MACC? Come on... just take the case TBH... they claimed that when they were done with interrogating TBH, (a witness, mind you), in the wee hours of the morning, they allowed him to sleep in the pantry ( I am not too sure but going by their state of compassion in other cases, I am sure they must have also given him a blanket, a towel and even a toothbrush thrown in!).
And going by MACC’s reasoning, it would appear that once TBH retires for the nite, the entire MACC also closes shop... they too retire!
So can you blame them if they found TBH sprawled on the ground the next morning? He was probably sleep-walking! He probably thought that the window was the lift! Hell, he probably thought he could fly!
So can you guys blame the MACC for whatever went on in the minds of the late TBH?
Of course there is this one minor problem though: this busybody of a Thai pathologist who has done over 10,000 post-mortems over a 27-year period, says that the cause of death could be 80% homicide. That kind of revelation from a prominent pathologist ( and a foreign one at that!) poses a problem because the entire nation had always been led to believe that it was suicide!! Why? Because the MACC SAID SO! Is that all that difficult to understand?
Hey! By the way…. she is a foreigner….. so how can we trust her? She was probably brought in by the CIA ( Aiya just blame the US la... they also got no time to hear us also ). So there you have it. Everything is hunky dory in Bolehland!
By the way...here is the clincher: when the crime rate goes up, what do you do? For God's sake, stop thinking so hard, just save your grey matter…...YOU JUST EXTEND THE LEASE ( YES LEASE OR EVEN LEASH) OF THE IGP!!!!!
